About the RoleWe're looking for a Content & Growth Intern to help build Innovate IO's organic content presence from the ground up.

You'll work directly with the founder and contribute across the content lifecycle:

Research → Ideation → Scripting → Production → Publishing → Analytics

This is a remote-first role focused on ownership, creativity, and outcomes rather than fixed desk hours.

What You'll Do

- Research AI, technology, education, and social-media trends.
- Identify content opportunities and audience interests.
- Develop ideas and contribute to the content calendar.
- Write hooks, captions, short-form scripts, and educational content.
- Create or edit Reels, Shorts, carousels, graphics, and other content.
- Repurpose content across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Track content performance and identify what works.
- Suggest improvements based on analytics and audience response.
- Participate in weekly planning and review sessions.
- Help build simple, repeatable content workflows and templates.

Who We're Looking ForWe're looking for curious, creative, and reliable students or early-career candidates interested in AI, technology, content, marketing, media, or startups.

You should have

- Robust written communication.
- Creative thinking and good content instincts.
- Basic video editing or design skills.
- Comfort using AI tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Willingness to experiment, learn, and iterate.

Prior experience is a plus. If you've run an Instagram/YouTube page, created content, edited videos, managed a personal page, or have a portfolio, we'd love to see it. We value actual work and portfolios more than certificates.
