We’re working on a current approach to health through postbiotic innovation, personalised healthcare and the T3B ecosystem.

And now we want to tell that story in a way that people actually want to watch.

Not boring science lectures.

Not corporate PowerPoints.

Real stories. Smart content. Strong ideas.

? WHAT YOU'LL DOYou’ll work directly with our marketing and leadership team to create content for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn and other social platforms.

Your job can go from:

IDEA → SCRIPT → SHOOT → EDIT → POST → ANALYSE

You may

? Shoot Reels & short-form videos

✍️ Write hooks, scripts & captions

? Edit Reels, Shorts & social videos

? Brainstorm content concepts

?️ Direct founders, doctors, creators & team members

? Spot trends and turn them into relevant content

? Simplify complex health/science topics into engaging stories

? Look at content performance and understand what worked

♻️ Turn one shoot into multiple pieces of content

? Experiment with formats, hooks and storytelling styles

? YOU DON'T NEED TO KNOW EVERYTHING.But you must be willing to make things.

If you can

- Shoot good video on an iPhone
- Edit using CapCut / Premiere Pro / Final Cut / VN / similar
- Write a killer first 3 seconds
- Understand Instagram culture
- Spot a trend before it becomes painfully overused
- Make boring information interesting
- Think visually

We are not primarily looking for someone to schedule posts and make Canva creatives.

We're looking for a creator.

Someone who wants to learn how to build a brand through video, storytelling and culture.

You don't need a fancy camera.

You don't need a film-school degree.

You need ideas, curiosity, taste and the ability to execute.

So you’ll learn to take ideas around the microbiome, postbiotics, gut health and preventive health and turn them into content that a 22-year-old will actually watch.

That's a rare skill.
