Your Role

- Content Programming according to Calendar Of Events and Current Events Affairs
- Identify deviations from defined standards and correct them with a recent execution plan.
- Preparing daily programming strategy with a quantitative and analytical approach.
- Develop functional strategies based on organizational development like keeping track of details of significant moves of competitors.
- Make the most beneficial use of Entertainment and Infotainment content.
- Collaborative with BD and Content acquisition team.
- Evaluating the content which is planned for ingesting to first track the programming and planning process.
- Closely work with the Operation team to avoid any delay in ingestion.




- Overviewing of video content along with creative images that ensure one-time approvals and promotion of planned packages.

To Succeed in this Role

- Prior 2 to 3 years of working experience in managing workflows of localization assets in the entertainment industry
- Highly analytical, a strong problem solver and effective communicator.
- Thrive to work in a fast-paced environment, possess a high level of intellectual curiosity, and focus on generating results.
- Self-starter, who can work effectively, autonomously and drive projects cross functionally.
- Possess strong critical thinking skills that allow for intense attention to detail as well as the ability to see the big picture.
