About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and social-media-savvy Content Creator Intern who understands trends, knows what makes people stop scrolling, and can turn ideas into engaging short-form videos.

This is a hands-on role where you will manage the complete content process:

Research → Strategy → Concept → Script → Shoot → Edit

Key Responsibilities

- Research daily viral trends, Reels, sounds, hooks and competitor content.
- Find and develop creative content concepts for the brand.
- Create weekly content strategies and content ideas.
- Write engaging scripts and robust hooks.
- Shoot/create short-form videos for Instagram and other platforms.
- Edit Reels/Shorts using CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, VN or similar tools.
- Create UGC, educational, entertaining, relatable and product-focused content.
- Track content performance and identify what is working.
- Continuously experiment with new formats, hooks and trends.

Expected Output
- Research 15–25 content ideas/references/week
- Develop 5–10 concepts/week
- Create approximately 3–5 videos/week
- Maintain a content/trend tracker
- Review content performance weekly

Requirements
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form content.




- Creative mindset and good storytelling skills.
- Good scriptwriting and communication skills.
- Basic/intermediate video editing skills.
- Comfortable with trends and social media culture.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Willingness to experiment and take feedback.

Bonus: Experience with CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, UGC or running your own social media page.
