Role Description The Content Creation Intern will support ASSISTREND’s communication and engagement efforts by developing, writing, and managing content across digital platforms. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Alappuzha, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting web and social media content, assisting with content calendars, collaborating on content strategies, and updating existing materials to align with brand voice and mental health sensitivity guidelines.

The intern will help manage community-facing content, collect feedback from users, and coordinate with the team to ensure consistent messaging. The role also involves basic research on youth wellness trends, participation in team meetings,



and contributing creative ideas for campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and engage with online communities.
- Understanding of Content Strategy and Content Management to help plan, organize, and maintain consistent messaging across channels.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital content formats, especially related to youth and wellness topics.
- Interest in mental health, wellness, or youth-focused initiatives, with sensitivity toward diverse backgrounds and experiences.
- Positive organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Pursuing or having completed studies in Communications, Psychology, Media, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
