About the Role:

We are looking for a Content & Brand Marketing Intern to work closely with our team on content creation, brand communications and digital marketing.

This is not simply a social media posting role.

You will help translate Flexon's products, engineering expertise, manufacturing capabilities, people and industry knowledge into clear and compelling content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other digital channels.

You will have the opportunity to work across content, branding, design, social media and marketing, while learning how a B2B industrial brand communicates with customers and the wider market.

What You Will Do:

- Research and develop content ideas relevant to Flexon, its products, industries and customers
- Write clear, engaging and skilled copy for LinkedIn and other digital platforms
- Create social media posts, carousels, short-form videos and other visual content
- Support the development and execution of Flexon's content calendar
- Work with internal teams to identify stories, technical insights and business developments worth communicating
- Help create content around manufacturing, engineering, quality, applications, people and company activities




- Assist in maintaining consistent brand language and visual standards across digital communications
- Research industry trends, competitors and relevant topics to identify content opportunities
- Monitor social media performance and help identify what content is working and why
- Support photography, video shoots, exhibitions, events and other marketing activities
- Assist with basic website and digital content when required

- What We Are Looking For: Someone curious, creative and commercially aware.

You should

- Have strong written and spoken English
- Have a good eye for design, composition and visual quality
- Understand the basics of social media and digital marketing
- Be comfortable using tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe tools or similar
- Have an interest in content creation, branding and storytelling
- Be comfortable learning technical and industrial subjects
- Be proactive and able to take an idea from concept to execution
- Have strong attention to detail
- Be organised and capable of meeting deadlines
- Be willing to speak with engineers, sales teams, production teams and other employees to uncover stories and insights

- You Will Stand Out If You:

- Have a portfolio of writing, design, video or social media work
- Have managed a college, personal or professional social media page
- Understand LinkedIn as a B2B platform, not just a recruitment platform
- Can use basic video-editing tools
- Have an interest in industrial, technology or engineering businesses
- Can look at a piece of content and explain why it works or why it doesn't
- Think beyond likes and followers and understand how content contributes to brand and business
- We welcome marketing, Communications, Media, Design, Business, or related educational backgrounds; demonstrated ability matters more than the degree.
