The RoleWe are looking for a creative and hands-on Content & Social Media Marketing Intern who enjoys coming up with ideas, creating content and understanding what makes people stop scrolling.

You will work closely with the founder and marketing team to build Docville's presence across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

- Conceptualize creative ideas for Instagram Reels, posts and carousels.
- Write captions, hooks and short-form video scripts.
- Shoot and/or edit Reels and short-form videos.
- Repurpose existing videos, interviews and healthcare content into social media content.
- Create simple graphics and carousels using Canva or similar tools.
- Maintain and execute the social media content calendar.
- Research trending formats, topics and healthcare content.
- Help develop creative campaigns around Docville's services, doctors, technology and patient stories.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses and the team to capture content.
- Assist with patient testimonials and behind-the-scenes content.
- Post and manage content across Instagram,



Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Learn and assist with setting up Meta/Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Track basic social media performance and identify what content is working.

What We're Looking For
- Strong interest in social media, content creation and digital marketing.
- Creative mindset with an ability to come up with interesting content ideas.
- Good written and visual communication skills.
- Comfortable with Instagram and familiar with current Reel/content trends.
- Basic experience with Canva and/or video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager is a plus.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT for research and content development.
- Proactive, curious and willing to experiment.
