Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Nagpur for a Content and Social Media Executive. The role involves planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms and other digital channels to build brand awareness and engagement. Daily tasks include drafting posts, writing and editing copy, coordinating basic visual assets with designers, scheduling content, and monitoring performance metrics.

The executive will also respond to comments and messages, support campaigns and promotions, and collaborate with clinic and marketing teams to ensure consistent, accurate, and patient-centric communication.



The position requires staying updated on social media trends and proposing ideas to improve reach and impact.

Qualifications

- Strong content writing and editing abilities, including clear, engaging, and grammatically accurate copy for social media and digital channels.
- Experience managing social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and using scheduling and analytics tools.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, including audience targeting, campaign support, and performance tracking.
- Ability to conduct research and translate clinic and healthcare information into simple, patient-friendly content.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with marketing and clinic teams.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Comfort with technology-driven tools and willingness to learn new platforms and processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in healthcare, clinics, or service-oriented industries is an advantage but not mandatory.
