Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to drive the planning, execution and delivery of technically complex industrial and manufacturing facility projects.

The role will involve end-to-end ownership of construction activities, including scope, design coordination, contractor management, procurement, cost, schedule, quality, safety, commissioning and project closeout.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in industrial construction environments, particularly projects involving HVAC, MEP, utilities, cleanrooms, equipment installation and technical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end execution of industrial construction and technical facility projects.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, procurement, quality, safety and project closeout.
- Review construction drawings, layouts, specifications and design requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, procurement and internal stakeholders.
- Manage contractors, vendors and construction partners.
- Monitor site progress against approved drawings, specifications, schedules and budgets.
- Evaluate construction costs and manage project forecasts and change orders.
- Coordinate civil construction, fabrication, erection, MEP, HVAC and utility activities.
- Support equipment installation and technical/tool hookup activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Indian construction, safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.




- Identify construction risks, resolve site issues and drive corrective actions.
- Prepare project status updates, cost forecasts and management presentations.
- Coordinate with global engineering/facilities stakeholders where required.
- Travel internationally for short-term project training or technical exposure when required.

Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Industrial or Chemical Engineering.
- 11+ years of experience in construction/project management.
- Solid experience in industrial construction projects.
- Hands-on exposure to HVAC, MEP, utilities and technical infrastructure.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and understand design intent.
- Experience managing project cost, schedule, contractors and vendors.
- Understanding of construction contracts, commercial terms and change orders.
- Strong knowledge of Indian construction regulations, EHS and environmental compliance.
- Experience working in fast-paced technical/manufacturing environments.
- Basic SAP knowledge, particularly PR/PO processes, is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
