Computer / Digital Trainer

- Proven experience as a teacher.
- Thorough knowledge of teaching best practices.
- Present lessons in a comprehensive manner and use visual/audio means to facilitate learning.
- Provide individualized instruction to each participated teacher and student by promoting interactive learning.
- Create and distribute educational content (notes, summaries, assignments, etc.).
- Design, facilitate, and teach the computer instruction to the teacher and students.
- Prepare to execute lesson plans, assign tasks, evaluate student work and progress.
- Develop course syllabus, assess, supervise, and motivate teacher and students.
- Assess and record teachers and students’ progress and provide grades and feedback.
- Generating progress report monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly.
- Maintain a tidy and orderly classroom.
- Participate in regular meetings.




- Plan and execute educational in-class and outdoor activities and events.
- Use qualified discretion and judgment in managing students in the classroom setting.
- Other job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Job Requirements:

- Min 2 years of experience as a computer trainer /coach in schools, colleges, or any institutes like MS-CIT/Computer training centers.
- Knowledge of Computer Software, MS-Office and Digital Learning Program.
- BCA/MSC/ B.sc Computer Science or any graduate having command over computer training.
- Must be proficient in MS Office and internet surfing and should be knowledgeable to train the teachers and students on computer operation

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Must be able to develop a rapport with students in the classroom.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Maintain professional demeanor and ethics at all times.
- Experience working with school teachers and students preferred.
- Experience working in computer labs and with assisting patrons with computer usage preferred.
