Role Description The Compliance Specialist role at Scale Healthcare (India) is a full-time, on-site position based in the Mohali district. This role involves monitoring and ensuring adherence to regulatory, legal, and internal compliance standards within revenue cycle operations and related processes.

The Compliance

Specialist will review policies and procedures, conduct compliance audits, analyze potential risks, and recommend corrective actions. The position includes preparing compliance reports,



supporting internal teams with guidance on regulations, and assisting in developing and updating compliance frameworks and training materials. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to address compliance issues and maintain accurate documentation is a key part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance.

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Legal Compliance and an understanding of healthcare-related regulations.

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to identify risks, interpret data, and propose solutions.
