Role Description The Company Trainee role at SL Lumax Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Sriperumbudur. The trainee will support daily operational activities, such as assisting with production processes, observing and learning standard operating procedures, and coordinating with team members to meet quality and delivery targets.

Responsibilities may include data entry, basic reporting, and supporting supervisors in monitoring workflow and efficiency. The role involves participating in training sessions,
