Your responsibilities

- Lead and inspire the store Com&In; team to deliver creative, commercial, and aesthetic solutions that strengthen the IKEA Brand.
- Drive creative processes by initiating workshops, fostering a trustful workplace, and securing vitality and seasonality through a commercial calendar.
- Ensure effective range presentation and optimal store layout using IKEA tools, display techniques, and store communication methods.
- Translate market insights and customer behavior into inspiring home furnishing solutions aligned with the IKEA Concept.




- Partner with store management to stimulate interest in home furnishing and contribute to short-, mid-, and long-term business planning.
- Recruit and develop a high-performing Com&In; team through competence development, retention, and succession planning.
- Identify and act on opportunities to grow the business, balancing commercial, aesthetic, and practical priorities
