Role Description This is a full-time, in office Commis I / Commis II role based in the Pune Division. The role involves assisting in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking under supervision, and supporting senior chefs in producing menu items to established standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining workstation cleanliness, following hygiene and safety protocols, organizing ingredients and mise en place, and ensuring timely service during meal periods. The Commis I / Commis II will also help with stock rotation,



proper storage, and collaborative communication with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Food Preparation and Cooking to support daily kitchen activities.
- Strong Culinary Skills, including basic techniques and willingness to learn advanced methods.
- Commitment to Hygiene and food safety standards in all kitchen tasks.
- Effective Communication skills to coordinate with chefs and team members.
- Prior experience in a professional kitchen or culinary internship is beneficial.
- Formal culinary education or certification is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by operations.
- Reliability, teamwork orientation, and a positive attitude toward learning and development.
