Juju Pune is looking for passionate and driven Commis Chefs to join our kitchen team.

We’re looking for people who are serious about building a career in professional kitchens, have a strong willingness to learn, and take pride in discipline, consistency, cleanliness and positive food.

What you’ll be doing

- Supporting daily kitchen operations and service
- Mise en place and preparation as per kitchen standards
- Assisting with cooking and execution across sections
- Maintaining food quality, consistency and presentation
- Following hygiene, food safety and kitchen SOPs
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of your section
- Supporting senior chefs during service and preparation
- Learning new techniques, ingredients and kitchen systems

What we’re looking for

- Previous experience in a professional kitchen is preferred
- Culinary education is an advantage, but not mandatory




- Robust work ethic and willingness to learn
- Good communication and teamwork
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to standards
- Positive attitude and professional conduct
