As Zorba Estates continues to expand, we are looking for a Commercial Brand Manager who can help strengthen our brand, grow our commercial presence, and contribute directly to business growth.

About the Role

We are looking for a Commercial Brand Manager to manage brand-building, commercial marketing, business development, and client engagement activities.

The role involves working closely with the management and sales teams to promote Zorba Estates, generate business opportunities, understand market trends, build client relationships, and develop marketing initiatives for commercial properties.

This is a hands-on role suitable for freshers with an MBA/strong business interest as well as experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies to increase Zorba Estates' visibility.
- Promote commercial properties through digital, offline, and networking channels.
- Identify new business opportunities, leads, clients, and partnerships.




- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, businesses, and clients.
- Conduct market research and track commercial real estate trends, pricing, and competition.
- Support property presentations, client meetings, site visits, proposals, and business pitches.
- Work closely with the sales and management teams to convert opportunities into business.
- Coordinate with designers, agencies, vendors, and other external partners for marketing activities.
- Monitor marketing and business development performance and provide regular updates to management.
- Take ownership of assigned brand, marketing, and business growth initiatives.

Requirements

- MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Any Graduation with relevant skills and interest can apply.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Candidates with experience in real estate, marketing, branding, sales, business development, or client management will be preferred.
- Robust verbal and written communication skills.
- Good presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial mindset with an interest in business growth.
- Ability to research markets and identify business opportunities.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media is an advantage.




- Knowledge of Bengaluru's real estate market is an added advantage.
