– Field Collection Executive Position: Field Collection Executive Department: Collection Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 1-3 Years Qualification: Graduate Location: As per business requirement Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated Field Collection Executive to manage field-level collection activities, follow up with customers for outstanding payments, and ensure timely recovery of dues while maintaining professional customer relationships. Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customers at their registered/residential or business locations for payment collection. Follow up with customers regarding pending EMIs and outstanding payments.

Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets. Explain payment details and resolve basic customer queries professionally. Maintain accurate records of customer visits, payments, and follow-ups.

Submit daily collection and field visit reports to the reporting manager. Ensure timely deposit/update of collected payments as per company policy.



Handle customer interactions professionally and follow company collection guidelines.

Coordinate with the Collection Team and Branch/Cluster Manager for difficult cases. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable collection procedures.

Required

SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel and work in the field. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications. Ability to handle customers professionally. Knowledge of the local area and local language is preferred. Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

ExperienceCandidates with experience in NBFC, Banking, Loan Collection, EMI Collection, Microfinance, Field Sales, or Recovery will be preferred.
