Job Title: Exchange Customer Engineer

Skills Required

Experience with customer facing roles in systems architecture, administration, operations, software support, IT consulting, on-premises and cloud support or consulting for enterprise and/or government customer base, advanced troubleshooting and SharePoint customization and development.

- BA/BS (or higher) in Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality technical support and solutions to customers.
- Proven track record in successfully planning, deploying, operating, and optimizing on premises, hybrid, and online Exchange environment and solutions.
- Proven track record maintaining Exchange Server environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Proven track record managing and maintaining Exchange Server environments,



ensuring high availability and performance.
- Advanced experience managing and maintaining Exchange Server environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience planning and executing migrations from legacy email systems to Exchange Server.
- Knowledge and experience developing migration strategies and timelines to minimize downtime and disruption.
- Experience performing data migration, ensuring data integrity and consistency throughout the process.
- Knowledge and experience planning and executing migrations from on-premises Exchange Server to Exchange Online.
- Experience providing post-migration support and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
- Experience with email retention and compliance solutions.
- Experience with hybrid Exchange environments.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.

- Advanced knowledge of the use of Graph API
