Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end sales closures for exclusive mandate residential projects.
- Guide clients throughout the booking and documentation process.
- Coordinate with internal teams, developers, and channel partners to ensure smooth transactions.
- Handle negotiations and successfully convert qualified leads into bookings.

Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a seamless buying experience.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Candidate Profile





✔ 3–6 years of experience in Residential Real Estate Sales.

✔ Mandatory experience in Mandate Sales.

✔ Strong understanding of the Mumbai residential real estate market.

✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

✔ Customer-focused with a target-driven approach.
