Role Description The Closing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Panvel, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end closing process for real estate transactions. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating documentation and funding activities, ensuring all loan and mortgage requirements are met, and verifying the accuracy and completeness of closing files. The role involves working closely with sales teams, lenders, and customers to schedule closings, resolve issues,



and ensure timely execution of agreements.

The Closing

Manager will track transaction status, maintain detailed records, adhere to regulatory and company policies, and provide explicit communication and support to clients throughout the closing process.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Closings and Funding, with the ability to manage multiple transactions and timelines.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales and customer relationship skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Loans and Mortgage Lending, including documentation, compliance, and basic financial concepts.
- Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency with standard office and transaction management software.
- Ability to communicate clearly, negotiate when needed, and handle confidential information with integrity.
- Prior experience in real estate, banking, or financial services is preferred.
