We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented CRM intern to manage client interactions, ensure seamless coordination, and deliver an excellent post-sales experience. This role involves acting as the key point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution of shoots as well as timely delivery of post-production work.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Pre-shoot coordination:
- Build strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collect essential shoot details at least 3-4 days in advance, along with a pre-shoot consultation call.
- Respond to all client queries. Ensure a smooth and qualified client experience at every stage.
- Post-production coordination:
- Coordinate with photo editors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Follow up with clients and assign editing tasks to editors, and track progress across multiple projects.
- Manage timelines to ensure timely delivery of final outputs.




- Perform quality checks before final delivery to maintain brand standards.
- Address client concerns or dissatisfaction promptly and professionally. Coordinate with senior management to provide appropriate resolutions.
- Ensure proper data organization, file management, and backups.
- Ensure issues are resolved while maintaining client trust and satisfaction.
