Client Relationship Executive

Role Overview

As an Client Relationship Executive, you will identify potential clients, engage with school promoters, understand their requirements, and present School Serv's solutions. The role requires robust communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and inbound enquiries.
- Connect with school promoters, trustees, and management teams.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the Business Development team.
- Understand client requirements and recommend relevant School Serv solutions.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales records in the CRM.
- Follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales pipeline.




- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and consulting teams to improve conversions.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or EdTech Sales.
- Experience with companies like BYJU'S, Vedantu, Unacademy, PhysicsWallah, LEAD, Extramarks, Classplus, Teachmint, or similar is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in B2B or consultative sales is an advantage.
- Comfortable with CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about sales.
