Client Servicing Lead

Identiti is a Bangalore design and dev studio. Twenty years, 500+ brands, across FMCG, healthcare, technology and real estate. Small team, real clients, no layers between you and the work.

The role

You'll own client relationships and delivery without constant oversight — the bridge between clients and our design/dev team. Translating asks into briefs, managing timelines, and being the last set of eyes on work before it ships. If you've survived agency chaos and came out organised, keep reading.

Day to day:

- Own client communication and relationships
- Turn client briefs into clear internal briefs for design and dev
- Manage timelines, deliverables and feedback loops
- Proof and QA work before it goes out — website pages, ad creatives, decks. Copy, links, specs, brand consistency. Nothing reaches a client unchecked
- Flag risks early, solve problems before they escalate
- Present work, handle feedback, push back when needed
- Keep documentation, status updates and client reports clean and current

You'll fit if you have

- 2–4 years in client servicing, account management or project delivery — agency side preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication,



and the composure to stay calm when clients don't
- An eye for detail — you catch the typo, the wrong logo, the broken link before the client does
- The organisation to juggle multiple projects without dropping balls
- Enough design/dev literacy to have sensible conversations with the team
- Solid reporting — transparent status updates and client-facing reports, and comfort picking up whatever project management system we're on

Not a fit if you

- Need hand-holding for every client interaction
- Avoid confrontation at all costs
- Prefer working solo over cross-team coordination
- Think client servicing is just sending emails and scheduling calls
- Are fine with "close enough" going out the door

The details

- ₹45,000 – 50,000/month. That's the range. If it doesn't work for you, don't apply — we'd rather not waste your time or ours.
- Full-time, on-site at our Hennur office. Not hybrid, not remote.
- You'll work directly with the founder.
