Role Description The Client Communication Assistant is a full time, remote role responsible for supporting clear, consistent, and timely communication with clients. Day-to-day tasks include drafting and reviewing client-facing messages, assisting with press releases and announcements, and coordinating internal updates to ensure all stakeholders have accurate information. The role involves maintaining communication logs, preparing summaries of client meetings, and helping align client messaging with overall brand and digital marketing strategies.

Assistant will collaborate with account managers and the digital marketing team to ensure client expectations are understood, documented, and met.

Qualifications

- Strong written communication skills, including Writing and Communication for client-facing and internal messages.
- Experience with Strategic Communications, including aligning messages with brand and marketing objectives.
- Ability to prepare and support Press Releases and other public-facing announcements.
- Skills in Internal Communications, ensuring clear, consistent information flow within teams.
- Excellent command of English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple communication threads simultaneously.
- Comfort working remotely, with reliable internet access and the ability to collaborate across time zones.
- Previous experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field is preferred; a relevant diploma or degree is beneficial.
