Client Campaign & Mapping Coordinator – UK Market

JogPost is an established UK leaflet distribution and marketing company working with businesses across London and the wider UK.

We are looking for a highly reliable, proactive and detail-oriented Client Campaign & Mapping Coordinator to join our team remotely from India.

This is an important position within our business. You will work closely with our UK Sales and Operations teams and communicate directly with clients to plan, target and finalise their leaflet distribution campaigns.

Full training will be provided. Previous UK mapping or leaflet distribution experience is not required.

However, exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, reliability and a willingness to learn are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate directly with UK clients regarding their distribution requirements.
- Liaise with clients back and forth until distribution areas and maps are finalised and approved.
- Prepare and amend distribution maps based on client requirements.
- Recommend suitable targeting areas when clients require advice.
- Research locations, demographics and potential target areas.
- Coordinate daily with our Sales and Operations teams.
- Plan and optimise leaflet distribution areas.
- Ensure selected areas correspond correctly with leaflet quantities.
- Prepare accurate Distribution Packs for joggers and supervisors.
- Ensure Operations receives the latest approved version of every map.
- Maintain accurate version control when maps are amended.
- Monitor and action emails throughout the working day.
- Proactively follow up with clients when information or approval is outstanding.
- Organise and maintain mapping and campaign documentation.
- Generate map data, client reports, distribution reports and GPS tracking information.
- Cross-check campaign dates, quantities, maps and instructions before campaigns are handed to Operations.
- Identify and escalate conflicting or unclear information rather than making assumptions.

Learning UK Targeting & Geography An important part of the role will be developing a strong understanding of the UK market.

- Common UK terminology and jargon used by clients

You are not expected to know all of this when you join.

What we do expect is curiosity and initiative.

If a client mentions an area, property type, demographic or term that you don't understand, we expect you to research it, understand it and build that knowledge for the future.

Accuracy Is Extremely Significant

This is not simply a data-entry role.

A wrong map, incorrect leaflet quantity, missed email, overlooked client instruction or outdated map can result in an incorrectly delivered campaign and cost the company money.

We therefore need someone who naturally checks and double-checks their work.

You must be someone who:

- Does not allow emails or tasks to be forgotten.
- Checks information before passing it to another department.
- Notices when information does not match.
- Asks questions rather than making assumptions.
- Follows up proactively rather than waiting to be reminded.
- Takes ownership of a campaign until their part is completely finished.

Experience in operations, logistics, client servicing, mapping, campaign planning, market research, data analysis, administration or working with UK clients would be advantageous but is not essential.

Training:

Full training will be provided on JogPost's targeting, mapping and campaign planning processes.

However, we are specifically looking for someone who is willing to learn independently as well as through formal training.

The right person will continuously improve their knowledge of UK geography, postcodes, demographics, property types and targeting methods.

There is potential for the successful candidate to develop into a more senior position within our Campaign Planning, Targeting or Operations team.

Important

This position carries significant responsibility.

We are not looking for someone who simply completes tasks given to them. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, thinks, checks, follows up and makes sure the job is completed correctly.

Shortlisted candidates may be required to complete a practical assessment testing attention to detail, problem-solving, written communication and research ability.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
