Role Description The Client Acquisition Intern will support the growth of Adeptiv AI by identifying potential clients, conducting outreach, and assisting in the development of relationships with organizations interested in AI governance solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching target markets, preparing prospect lists, engaging in initial communication via calls, emails, or meetings, and coordinating with the sales and marketing teams to follow up on leads.



The intern will help maintain client interaction records, gather feedback on customer needs, and contribute to presentations or demos as needed.

This is a full-time, in office role based in the Mohali district, requiring regular collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

- Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to build rapport with prospective clients

- Clear and professional Communication skills across phone, email, and in-person interactions

- Focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience in all client-facing activities

- Understanding of Customer Service principles and client relationship management

- Interest in AI, technology, or regulatory compliance is beneficial

- Ability to work on-site in the Mohali district and collaborate with diverse teams

- Organizational skills for managing multiple leads, tasks, and deadlines

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
