Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and monitor all civil construction and development activities at the site. Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, designs, specifications, and required standards. Coordinate and manage contractors, labourers, vendors, and subcontractors on site.

Check the quality of construction materials and workmanship. Monitor daily progress and ensure work is completed within the assigned timeline. Take measurements of completed work and verify contractor work before reporting to management.

Identify and report any construction issues, delays, defects, or deviations immediately. Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports to the company. Take regular photographs/videos of site progress and share updates with management.

Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and other consultants whenever required. Check levels, dimensions, alignment, excavation, foundations, roads, drainage, boundary works, and other civil works as required. Ensure that any instructions given by the company are properly implemented at the site.
