Construction Management Apprentice Function: Construction Management Sub-Functions: EHS | MEP | Material Management | Billing & Commercial | Site Operations | Finishing Program: Apprenticeship Duration: 12 Months Location: Project Sites Reporting To: Concerned Manager / Package Manager About the RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic candidates to join our Construction Management Apprenticeship Program . This opportunity will provide hands-on exposure to live construction projects and allow apprentices to work with experienced professionals across different functions such as EHS, MEP, Finishing, Material Management, Billing & Commercial, and Site Operations . Key ResponsibilitiesDepending on the assigned function, the apprentice will support the team in: Assisting with day-to-day construction site operations and project execution .

Supporting site inspections, safety checks, and compliance with EHS standards. Assisting in Electrical/Mechanical (MEP) installation, coordination, testing, and commissioning activities. Supporting finishing activities such as flooring, painting, carpentry, plastering, and related works .

Assisting with material receipt, storage, inventory tracking, stock reconciliation, and material issuance. Supporting billing, BOQ, measurements, RA bills, documentation, and commercial activities . Coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, architects, and internal teams.

Monitoring work progress and assisting in preparing daily/weekly progress reports. Supporting quality checks and ensuring work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications. Maintaining project records, reports, checklists, and other documentation.

Assisting in identifying site-level issues, delays, safety concerns, and quality gaps and escalating them to the concerned manager. Supporting effective resource planning and ensuring timely availability of materials, tools,



and manpower. Learning & DevelopmentDuring the apprenticeship, candidates will gain practical exposure to: Construction project execution and site management EHS and construction safety practices MEP services and installation Finishing and quality management Material and inventory management Construction billing and commercial processes BOQ, measurements, and project documentation Contractor and vendor coordination Project planning, progress monitoring, and reporting SAP/ERP-based project processes, where applicable Eligibility Diploma / Degree / Graduate candidates depending on the assigned function.

Relevant disciplines may include Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Interior Design, Engineering, or other relevant fields . Candidates with 0–2 years of experience may apply; freshers are welcome. For certain site-operation roles, 10th/SSC qualification may also be considered.

Basic computer knowledge, particularly MS Office/Excel , is preferred. Knowledge of SAP/ERP will be an added advantage.
