Role Description This is a full-time, in office Civil Engineer role based in Delhi, India.

The Civil

Engineer will oversee planning, design, and execution of residential construction projects, including luxury builder floors and smart homes. Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing structural designs and drawings, coordinating with architects, contractors, and site teams, and ensuring adherence to building codes, safety standards, and company quality benchmarks. The role also involves site supervision, monitoring project progress, managing resources, resolving technical issues,



and supporting stormwater management and infrastructure planning within project sites.

The Civil

Engineer will contribute to optimizing construction methods, improving project efficiency, and supporting timely project delivery.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering fundamentals.
- Candidates should demonstrate experience in Planning and project coordination for residential construction.
- Candidates should have knowledge of Stormwater Management and related infrastructure solutions.
- Candidates should have prior experience working as Civil Engineers on building or real estate projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD, or similar tools).
- Understanding of local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards applicable in Delhi.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities, meet deadlines, and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
