About the Role

Cuatro Labs Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its beauty and wellness business across India and is looking for a City Manager – Mangalore to take complete ownership of city-level growth, operations, partner management, customer experience, and revenue.

The City Manager will be responsible for building and strengthening the Mangalore market, onboarding and managing beauty professionals/partners, driving customer acquisition, improving service quality, and achieving city-level business targets.

Key Responsibilities1. City Business Growth

- Own the overall business performance and revenue growth for Mangalore.
- Develop and execute the city-level growth strategy.
- Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and high-potential locations.
- Drive customer acquisition, repeat bookings, and overall city GMV/revenue.
- Track city KPIs and take corrective action to achieve targets.

2. Partner & Skilled Management
- Identify, onboard, and activate salons, beauty professionals, and service partners.
- Build strong relationships with local partners and professionals.
- Ensure partner availability and adequate service capacity across the city.
- Monitor partner performance, productivity, attendance, and service quality.
- Resolve partner-related operational issues quickly.

3. Operations Management
- Ensure smooth day-to-day city operations.
- Maintain high standards of service quality, hygiene, punctuality,



and customer experience.
- Monitor bookings, cancellations, complaints, fulfilment, and service-level metrics.
- Coordinate with central operations, customer support, marketing, and technology teams.
- Implement company SOPs and ensure compliance across the city.

4. Sales & Local Market Development
- Build local partnerships with salons, hotels, residential communities, corporates, and other relevant businesses.
- Conduct local business development and field activities.
- Generate leads and convert strategic partnerships.
- Support local marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Develop a strong local network to accelerate city expansion.

5. Team Leadership
- Hire, train, and manage city-level operations/business development teams as required.
- Set clear targets and monitor individual and team performance.
- Conduct regular reviews and provide coaching to team members.
- Build a high-performance, execution-oriented city team.

6. Data & Reporting
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly city performance.
- Monitor revenue, bookings, CAC, repeat rate, cancellation rate, partner productivity, customer ratings, and other relevant KPIs.
- Prepare regular performance reports for the Regional/Business Head.
- Use data to identify operational gaps and growth opportunities.
