The Opportunity :

We are seeking a young, visionary, and high-talent Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to head our technology vertical. This is a critical leadership role for an ambitious engineering leader with 4 to 15 years of experience who has a proven track record of leading development teams and is ready for full executive ownership.

You will own the enterprise architecture, deploy advanced AI/LLM systems, and build out a world-class engineering team.

- Location : Hyderabad (Preferred). Open to top-tier candidates willing to relocate.
- Work Structure :



6 Days a week.
- Experience Required : 4 to 15 Years of core software engineering experience with mandatory team leadership/management exposure.

Key Responsibilities :

- Technical Leadership : Own the absolute end-to-end technology roadmap, core microservices architecture, and cloud deployment across our product ecosystem.
- Mandatory AI & LLM Integration : Architect, scale, and embed Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to build multilingual conversational interfaces, automated advisory systems, and intelligent automated bots.
- Spatial & Data Infrastructure : Oversee and scale our proprietary analytics stack utilizing advanced cloud platforms and spatial data pipelines.
- Team Management : Directly manage, mentor, and expand a talented engineering team, enforcing agile development methodologies and a high-performance tech culture.
- Scalable Data Ecosystem : Design robust, high-volume ingestion pipelines to smoothly process financial data streams, IoT telemetry, and automated crop metrics on Cloud networks (AWS/Azure).

Must-Have Skills &

Requirements :

- Team Leadership (Mandatory) : A proven track record of managing, mentoring, and scaling engineering teams. You must be able to lead from the front, set code quality benchmarks, and manage sprint cycles.
- AI & LLM Mastery (Mandatory) : Deep, practical experience with AI integrations and deploying contemporary LLM frameworks into production environments (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases, or open-source foundational models).
- Agile Execution : Exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate tech strategies clearly to business stakeholders and investors.

Good-to-Have Requirements :

- Remote Sensing / GIS / IoT : Background or strong working interest in Remote Sensing, geospatial tools, GIS analytics, or IoT telemetry architectures is highly preferred but not mandatory.
