Role Description The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at EveoAI is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat. The CTO will lead the overall technology vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and the company’s mission to innovate in AI-driven fashion and style. Daily responsibilities include overseeing software development teams, guiding product and platform architecture, and managing the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-powered products.

The role involves close collaboration with product, design, and business stakeholders, prioritizing technology initiatives, and driving the execution of roadmaps. The CTO will also establish best practices for engineering, mentor technical leaders, monitor project delivery,



and ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of technology systems.

Qualifications

- Strong experience in Software Development and Product Development, including leading teams that build scalable, user-facing digital products.

- Proven ability in IT Strategy and Architecture, with a track record of designing robust technical solutions and long-term technology roadmaps.

- Demonstrated skills in Project Management, overseeing multiple initiatives, managing timelines, and coordinating cross-functional collaboration.

- Background in AI, machine learning, or data-driven product development, preferably in consumer-facing or fashion-tech domains.

- Experience in senior technology leadership roles, with responsibility for technical vision, team structure, and budget management.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business terms.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
