Role Summary The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) provides strategic leadership to drive business growth, profitability, and operational excellence across Macis Realty Corporation. The CEO leads the executive team, develops long-term business strategies, drives project and business expansion, and ensures sustainable growth while delivering exceptional value to customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Strategy & Operations

· Develop and execute the company's strategic vision and long-term business growth plans.

· Drive profitability through financial planning, budgeting, and business performance management.

· Oversee real estate operations, project development, sales, and business expansion.

· Lead sales, marketing, digital transformation, and customer experience initiatives.

· Ensure regulatory compliance, governance, and operational excellence across all projects.

2. Leadership & Stakeholder Management

· Lead, mentor, and develop the executive leadership team to build a high-performance culture.

· Build strategic partnerships with investors, developers,



financial institutions, and business associates.

· Maintain robust relationships with the Board, clients, government authorities, and key stakeholders.

· Represent the company in industry events, business meetings, and strategic collaborations.

· Drive sustainable growth through innovation, governance, and visionary leadership.

Qualifications
