About the Role

As a Head of Human Resources, you will work on developing recruitment strategies, onboarding processes, and talent management initiatives. You will have the chance to engage in multiple projects across various HR domains including automation.

Responsibilities

- Supervise a team of 20-25 HR specialists
- Recruitment Support and selection of recruitment agencies
- Campus Recruitment Strategy
- Develop Hire, Train and Deploy models
- Manage recruitment campaigns




- Create candidate screening processes to screen the applicants
- Strategize interview scheduling and coordination
- Decide offer terms for Offer Letters
- Onboarding Process Development
- Design onboarding workflows
- Create orientation materials and presentations
- Develop HR policy documentation
- Entire talent management function

Who Should Apply?

- MBA - HR from tier I university with a minimum 10 years of experience in BFSI Industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented approach
