- Ensure accurate financial reporting as per IND-AS / IFRS and regulatory requirements.

- Oversee direct and indirect taxation, regulatory filings, and compliance with SEBI / Companies Act.

- Establish enterprise risk management frameworks covering financial, operational, and compliance risks.
