1. POSITION SUMMARY The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for the Finance & Accounts function of the Group of Schools and the Educational Society.

The CFO will oversee financial planning, budgeting, accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, audits, treasury, cash-flow management, internal controls, MIS and financial governance across all schools, central office functions, projects and activities of the Society.

The position requires a strong combination of strategic financial leadership, governance, compliance, risk management and business partnering, with the ability to work closely with the Trustees and functional heads
