We are looking for an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our Executive Leadership Team and play a pivotal role in shaping the Group next phase of growth. The CFO will serve as the principal financial advisor to the Chairman, Managing Director, and Board, providing strategic leadership across all finance functions while enabling sustainable expansion, operational excellence, and long-term value creation. This role is ideal for a commercially astute finance leader who combines strategic vision with execution excellence and is equally comfortable in the boardroom, with investors, financial institutions, and business leadership teams.

Experience

18-20 years of progressive finance leadership experience.

Minimum 5 years in a CFO, Group Finance Head, or equivalent executive leadership role.

Proven experience in diversified businesses such as Renewable Energy, Mining, Manufacturing,

Infrastructure, EPC, Industrial,



or Capital-Intensive sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the Group's long-term financial strategy aligned with business objectives.

Partner with the Chairman, Managing Director, and Board on strategic planning, business expansion, capital allocation, and investment decisions.

Evaluate acquisitions, joint ventures, new business opportunities, and strategic partnerships through robust financial analysis and due diligence.

Drive profitability, enterprise value creation, and sustainable growth across all business verticals.

Financial Planning & Business Performance

Lead the Group annual budgeting, long-range planning, forecasting, and financial performance management.

Deliver insightful Board MIS, financial dashboards, and business analytics to support decision-making.

Monitor key financial metrics including revenue, EBITDA, cash flow, ROCE, profitability, and working capital efficiency.

Partner with Business Heads to improve operational performance and cost efficiency.

Treasury, Capital Management & Fund Raising

Lead treasury operations, liquidity planning, banking relationships, and cash flow management.

Optimize the Group capital structure through effective debt, equity, and working capital management.

Lead fundraising initiatives including project finance, infrastructure finance, renewable energy financing,

strategic investments, private equity, and future capital market initiatives.

Build and maintain robust relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, rating agencies, and government bodies.

Governance & Compliance

Ensure timely and accurate preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements.

Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, and all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

Oversee statutory audit, internal audit, cost audit, tax compliance, and financial controls.

Support the Board, Audit Committee, and other governance committees with high-quality financial reporting and risk oversight.

Business Finance & Project Evaluation

Provide financial leadership across the Group businesses, including:

- Renewable Energy & Solar Projects
- Mining Operations
- Manufacturing
- Agri Supply Chain
- EPC & Infrastructure

Lead project evaluations using financial models and lifecycle profitability analysis while supporting pricing,

investments, expansion, and operational efficiency.

Risk Management & Internal Controls

Develop and strengthen enterprise-wide financial governance and internal control frameworks.

Identify and mitigate financial, operational, market, regulatory, and liquidity risks.

Ensure effective insurance, fraud prevention, compliance monitoring, and business continuity planning.

Digital Finance Transformation

Lead the modernization of the finance function through:

ERP implementation and optimization

Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards

AI-enabled financial analytics

Automation of finance processes

Data-driven reporting and decision support

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing finance organization.

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Represent the Group before investors, lenders, auditors, regulators, and other strategic stakeholders.

Present financial performance, strategic initiatives, and business insights to the Board with clarity and confidence.
