- Grill is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about producing high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard
- Set up and stock kitchen stations before service
- Ensure food preparation is completed efficiently and safely
- Plate dishes consistently and professionally
- Support and oversee the Commis Chef when required
- Step up to additional responsibilities as needed
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Solid organisational and time management skills

- In-depth knowledge of baking, cooking and grilling techniques

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
