Financial Oversight
- Oversee daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US
regulatory requirements.
- Review and analyze financial statements, reports, and records to ensure accuracy
and completeness in accordance with US GAAP.
Training And Development
- Develop and deliver training programs for finance and accounting staff on various
topics including US accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of
continuous learning and improvement.
Compliance And Regulatory Reporting
- Ensure compliance with US tax laws and regulations, including timely and accurate
filing of tax returns and other statutory reports.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities as needed.
Skills Required Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience at one of the Big 4 firms.
- Proven experience in financial management, reporting, and compliance with US accounting standards.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, tax laws, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to train and mentor junior staff.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented.
