Role: Chartered Accountant

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Employment Type: Part-Time / Full-Time

Compensation: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month The Role

We’re looking for a CA with strong accounting knowledge and CPA-level accounting exposure to manage and streamline our finance operations. You’ll work closely with the leadership and operations teams to ensure our financial processes are accurate, compliant, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
- Prepare and review P&L;, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and financial reports
- Handle GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliances
- Manage monthly and annual financial closing
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and external stakeholders
- Monitor accounts payable, receivable, expenses, and vendor payments
- Review invoices, bills, reimbursements, and financial documentation
- Support payroll-related financial processes and statutory deductions
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management




- Establish and improve internal financial controls and processes
- Ensure books and financial records are accurate and up to date
- Provide financial insights and reports to support business decisions
- Support international accounting and finance requirements as the business expands

What We’re Looking For

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or relevant equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Valuable knowledge of Indian taxation, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Understanding of CPA-level accounting practices / US GAAP is preferred
- Experience with US accounting or international finance is an added advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
