Role & Responsibilities

- Handle GL Posting and R2R Accounting
- Manage AP, AR, invoices, payments, and receipts
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements
- Perform bank reconciliations and journal entries
- Work on Yardi/RealPage and QuickBooks Online
- Handle vendor management and utility bill monitoring
- Research and resolve accounting issues
- Support audits, reporting, and special projects




- Communicate with US clients and property managers

Requirements
- Qualified CA; CMA/CPA/USCPA preferred
- 1–3 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting and GL
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in US/PST time zones
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
