Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chartered Accountant Articles position based in Hyderabad. The role involves assisting in audit engagements, including statutory, internal, and concurrent audits, under the supervision of experienced Chartered Accountants. Daily responsibilities include reviewing financial records, preparing working papers, supporting compliance and tax-related documentation, and participating in bank and corporate audit assignments.

The Articles trainee will also perform ledger scrutiny, vouching, basic financial analysis,



and documentation of audit findings. The role offers hands-on exposure to banking sector work, professional mentoring, and practical training aligned with Chartered Accountancy curriculum requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should be registered as CA Articles/Articled Clerks with ICAI or eligible to register, with a strong academic foundation in accounting and finance.
- Possess core accounting and auditing skills, including understanding of financial statements, ledger posting, vouching, and basic internal control review.
- Demonstrate knowledge of taxation and compliance, including basic familiarity with Income Tax, GST, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Exhibit proficiency in MS Excel and other office productivity tools; exposure to accounting or audit software will be beneficial.
- Have strong analytical and numerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret financial data accurately.
- Show effective written and verbal communication skills to prepare working papers, draft reports, and coordinate with team members and clients.
- Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment, manage multiple assignments, and maintain qualified ethics and confidentiality.
- Interest in banking sector audits and willingness to learn through fieldwork, client interactions, and on-the-job training.
- Preferred: Prior internship or practical exposure in audit, accounts, or taxation; familiarity with banking operations will be an added advantage.
