- Proven experience in leading and managing a team of 1520 professionals
- Ability to oversee end-to-end finance and accounting operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with multiple business units and senior management
- Experience in MIS reporting, budgeting, financial analysis, and month-end/year-end closing
- Ability to streamline processes, implement controls, and improve operational efficiency
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and accounting software
- Capable of handling internal, statutory, tax, and other regulatory audits independently
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively
