Role Description This is a full-time, in office Chartered Accountant role based in Hyderabad.

The Chartered

Accountant will manage end-to-end financial accounting, including preparation and finalization of financial statements, maintenance of general ledgers, and oversight of accounts payable and receivable. The role includes monitoring project and corporate budgets, performing variance analysis, and supporting cost control across construction and infrastructure projects. The professional will handle statutory compliances such as GST, income tax, TDS, and other regulatory filings,



ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

Day-to-day responsibilities also involve financial analysis for management reporting, cash flow management, internal controls, coordination with auditors, and supporting strategic decisions with reliable financial data.

Qualifications

- Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) from a recognized body, with relevant post-qualification experience in real estate, infrastructure, or related industries.
- Strong financial accounting and reporting skills, including preparation and finalization of balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and cash flow statements.
- Experience in taxation and regulatory compliance, including GST, income tax, TDS, and familiarity with Indian accounting standards and applicable laws.
- Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial analysis to support project and organizational decision-making.
- Hands-on experience with accounting and ERP software, advanced Excel skills, and ability to work with large data sets.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail capabilities, with a focus on accuracy and internal controls.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, management, and external auditors.
- Ability to work on-site in a dynamic, fast-paced environment in Hyderabad, with a proactive, ethical, and responsibility-driven approach.
