With a team of around 25 professionals and 10 CFOs, Tapanshi Finanziell works closely with SMEs across Baroda, Ahmedabad, Gandhidham, Raipur, and Dubai. The customer portfolio spans businesses with turnovers from INR 10 crore to INR 250 crore in industries such as plastics, packaging, engineering, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, construction, and more, providing exposure to diverse sectors and growth opportunities for team members.

Role Description The CFO Advisor will work full-time on-site at the Vadodara office, partnering with SME clients to provide strategic and operational financial leadership. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing financial statements, cash flows, and key performance indicators, and advising management on financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. The role involves designing and improving financial systems and processes, supporting governance and internal controls, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and reporting standards.





The CFO Advisor will collaborate with client leadership teams on capital allocation, profitability improvement, risk management, and business expansion plans, while preparing clear financial reports, presentations, and insights for decision-making. The position also includes mentoring client finance teams and contributing to building system-driven, scalable organizations.

Qualifications

- Strong financial management skills, including financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Expertise in strategic planning, business planning, and performance measurement to support long-term growth.
- Experience with financial controls, compliance, risk management, and corporate governance practices.
- Ability to design and improve financial systems, processes, and MIS reporting for SMEs.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and advisory skills to work closely with business owners and leadership teams.
- Relevant professional qualification such as CA, CMA, MBA in Finance, or equivalent experience in senior finance roles.
- Experience working with SMEs, preferably across diverse industries, and comfort operating in agile, growth-oriented environments.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a collaborative team environment, manage multiple client engagements, and meet deadlines.
