Your Mission

We are looking for a Customer Data Platform (CDP) Engineer with strong experience in Snowflake, data engineering, AWS serverless services, event-driven architecture, and Salesforce Data Cloud optional.

The candidate will be responsible for building scalable data pipelines, designing customer data models, integrating multiple data sources, and enabling analytics and activation use cases across the CDP ecosystem.

What You Ll Do

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and solutions using Snowflake.
- Build and optimize ELT/ETL pipelines for batch and near real-time data processing.
- Design customer-focused data models and curated datasets using strong SQL practices.
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for large datasets.




- Implement event-driven architectures for real-time and asynchronous data processing.
- Build integrations using AWS serverless services such as Lambda, EventBridge, SQS, SNS, API Gateway, S3, and Step Functions.
- Integrate Snowflake and enterprise data sources with Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360.
- Support Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities including data ingestion, identity resolution, unified customer profiles, segmentation, and activation.
- Implement data quality, security, governance, and privacy controls.
- Automate deployments using Git, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to improve performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with product, analytics, application, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

What You Bring

- 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or CDP Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake.
- Robust knowledge of SQL and Data Modeling.
- Experience building ELT/ETL pipelines using dbt or similar tools.
- Experience with batch, incremental, and near real-time data processing.
- Good understanding of event-driven architecture and integration patterns.
- Hands-on experience with AWS serverless technologies, including Lambda, EventBridge, SQS, S3, API Gateway, and Step Functions.




- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 or other Customer Data Platforms.
- Experience integrating systems using REST APIs, files, and event/streaming patterns.
- Understanding of data security, governance, RBAC, and privacy requirements such as GDPR and CCPA.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and client-facing teams.

Preferred Skills

- Experience integrating Snowflake with Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud.
- Experience with Customer 360, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation use cases.
- Snowflake, AWS, or Salesforce Data Cloud certifications.
- Experience working in healthcare or pharmaceutical environments.
