Roles and Responsibilities

- OASIS & HPE Portals: Maintain and update school profiles, infrastructure data, and Health and Physical Education (HPE) records on official portals.

- LOC & Registrations: Manage the error-free compilation and online submission of the List of Candidates (LOC) for classes IX, X, XI, and XII.

- UDISE+ Coordination: Supervise the accurate entry of school, teacher, and student data in the Unified District Information System for Education.

- Affiliation Procedures: Prepare necessary documentation and coordinate logistics for periodic CBSE school affiliation extensions, upgradation inspections, or audits

- Deep expertise in the Right to Education (RTE) Act, 2009 and Economically Weaker Section (EWS) guidelines is mandatory.

- Mandatory Public Disclosure (MPD): Keep the documentation up to date. The coordinator maps the school's precise website link into SARAS to prove public transparency regarding fee structures, building safety NOCs, fire certificates, and water quality reports.





- CWSN Support Handling: File medical records and early approvals on the portal for Children With Special Needs (CWSN) to grant exam extensions or scribes.

- Manage the error-free collection, compilation, and live digital transfer of all internal grades, practical marks, and on-screen evaluation data to the CBSE servers without a single mismatch or delay.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience in good CBSE school.

- Expert knowledge of CBSE regulatory, academic, affiliation and procedural issues.

- Good written and verbal communication skills
