About the Role: Catering Manager responsible for food and beverage setup and service as per pre decided menu. Leadership skills to lead app team of 20+ staff.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for full buffet setup and food service as per menu.
- Performs any other duties as requested
- Maintain an active relationship with Operating division
- Resolve unexpected problems
- Coordinate Catering support services (flowers, entertainment, decoration, A/V) to provide complete client satisfaction
- Providing a safe and secure work environment for self, employees, and customers
- Working with other chef's to assure food quality, menu, recipe, techniques, menu developing, food & labor cos
- Demonstrate an ability to explore and be inventive in supporting recent ideas, events and activities throughout the year Candidate Requirement:
- Previous experience in a Catering Manager role is preferred
- 3+ years of previous catering management experience, preferably within a campus setting
- 12th Pass
