Role Description-
The Catalog Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for maintaining and improving the accuracy and completeness of product listings on Kiddo’s platform.
Responsibilities -
Catalogue Management
- Create and maintain product listings.
- Write transparent, engaging, and accurate product descriptions.
- Assign appropriate categories, attributes, and specifications to products.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of product information, including pricing, specifications, and availability.
- Regularly review and update product listings to reflect changes in pricing, stock availability, or ongoing promotions.
Quality Assurance
- Conduct regular audits of the product catalogue to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards and guidelines.
- Identify discrepancies or inconsistencies in product data and resolve them promptly.
- Maintain high data quality standards across all listings.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and inventory teams to align catalogue strategy with broader business objectives.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather product information and ensure smooth product launches.
- Communicate effectively to address catalogue-related challenges and identify improvement opportunities.
Experience - 6 months to 3 years of experience in cataloging and listing.
