We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Junior Paid Ad Campaign Manager/Performance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns to enhance the visibility and reach of Vajiram & Ravi's coaching programs.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and execute paid advertising strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the UPSC coaching landscape.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate paid campaigns into overall marketing initiatives.

Campaign Execution:

- Manage end-to-end implementation of paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and others.
- Create compelling ad copies, design creatives, and oversee the ad creation process.
- Monitor and optimize performance campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Analyze campaign data to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.




- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.

Budget Management:

- Effectively manage advertising budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient allocation of resources.

Testing and Experimentation:

- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to refine ad strategies and improve performance metrics.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in managing paid advertising campaigns.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, GTM etc.
- Analytical mindset with robust data interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Basic understanding of the UPSC examination and the education sector is a plus.
